For the past few years, both the Tollywood and Bollywood filmmakers have been expelling out their rage on the censor board for acting in a rude way with unfair rules and moreover it often restricts all the movies without clearing them eventually giving them a tough period ahead their movies’ releases. The Bollywood-Censor board conflict intensified a moment before when the censor Chief Pahlaj Nihlani declined to render a clearance for the upcoming Hindi movie, β€œUdta Punjab.”

Joining the huge list of movie makers who uttered their disagreement on the current system of censor board, the popular director from the Tollywood Film Industry SS. Rajamouli, stated that his understandings lie with these hardworking movie makers as he is a movie maker himself. He expressed his sympathy for the filmmakers who often get struggled and waits for the getting a clearance certificate for their movies.

Rajamouli Responds to Censorship Controversy

The popular South Indian Film Director SS. Rajamouli went to the nation’s capital, Delhi yesterday i.e., on 9th June, 2016 for an award event. He went there to receive the CNN-News 18’s most prestigious Award ceremony β€˜Indian of the Year: Entertainment 2015’ award event.

Rajamouli said in the event that, β€œthe modest sense is how can 6, 7 or 10 members from the Censor Board could decide what is good or not good on behalf of the entire nation. Being a family head, I should decide what is good for me, my family or my kids to watch, not someone else.”

This way, the director expressed his wrath towards the useless rules and cuttings made by the Censor Board. Currently, the most successful director is quite busy in shooting his magnum opus movie Baahubali – The Conclusion starred by Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tamannah, Ramya Krishna, Naasar and Satyaraj in the lead roles.
