Expressing happiness about having fans across many states, the stylish star said,: “I’m privileged to have fans in many states. Indeed it’s an honor to me. Telugu people across the globe have been encouraging me since my debut and I would like to thank each and every fan for showing their love. 2014 has become a memorable year for me and the success of Race Gurram made it more special.”

“Race Gurram”, which hit the screens in April, has emerged as the highest grossing Telugu film of 2014 (so far). The film has earned close to ₹60 crore and stands in fourth spot in the list of all time highest grossing Telugu films next to “Attarintiki Daaredi”, “Magadheera” and “Gabbar Singh.” Arjun’s performance and dancing skills in the film were highly appreciated by critics as well as the audience.

The actor is currently busy preparing for the role of historical personality Gona Ganna Reddy in the upcoming film “Rudhramadevi.” He is undergoing training for special action sequences that he will perform in the historic drama, which has Anushka Shetty playing the title role. Arjun’s role will be one of the major attractions of the big budget entertainer.

After completing his part for the film, the actor will shift his focus on his new project with director Trivikram Srinivas. The actor-director duo is teaming up for the second time post the success of “Julayi” in 2012. There will be huge expectations from this hit combo as “Julayi” turned out to be a big hit. The yet-to-be-titled flick was launched in April and its pre-production work has already commenced. Samantha will play the female lead for the first time opposite Arjun, while S. Radha Krishna will be producing the film. Details about the complete cast and crew details are yet to be announced.
